You may have just heard about this talented group of guys but Whiskey Dawn is the band that broke the mold for ‘California Country.’ With the release of their first original album, "Dear Nashville", Whiskey Dawn's popularity sky-rocketed to unimagined heights. Regularly featured on 101.9 the Wolf and 105.1 KNCI in Sacramento, Whiskey Dawn’s music has also been heard on multiple country stations up and down the State of California, Oregon, Nevada & Arizona. Whiskey Dawn has sold thousands of copies of “Dear Nashville” and are now in the process of recording their sophomore album.

With many more shows coming up this year, Whiskey Dawn has shared the stage with National acts including Brad Paisley, Faith Hill, Eric Church, Luke Bryan, Clay Walker, Randy Travis, Lady Antebellum, and Bomshel. Captivating new fans with every performance, they have played approximately 100 shows a year, demonstrating their precision harmonies and dynamic instrumental talents.

The foundation for Whiskey Dawn’s success started over a decade ago when lead singer, Troy Ferris, and two of his best friends started singing and playing music together in high school. Although some of the members have changed with time, the legacy and name still lives on. In August, 2012, Troy and now lead guitarist for Whiskey Dawn, Johnny Myers, packed up and headed for Music City. Adding fellow musician, Ryan Ellis, to the mix, the band quickly honed their networking and social skills and started playing frequently around the downtown nightlife area, ultimately landing regular spots on some of the most popular venue lineups.  They still make regular tours back to the West Coast states, but if you find yourself in Nashville, be sure to look these boys up and catch them doing what they do best... delivering the Country Music we all know and love while spreading their contagious energy and charm.         **Whiskey Dawn is Troy Ferris, Johnny Myers, and Ryan Ellis. All three currently reside in Nashville,TN.
